LIMITED WARRANTY FOR Aimlux® LED LIGHTING FIXTURES

Aimlux, hereinafter referred to as the Supplier, warrants all products for a period of 5 years from the date of production, provided they are used in accordance with their intended purpose.

This warranty is provided exclusively by the Supplier to the customer named on the invoice.

Coverage:

Warranty is valid only if all following conditions are complied with:

products are used complying with technical specifications.
products have been installed by qualified personnel and according to mounting instructions, which are included with supplied items.
no modification or change of products have been accomplished without prior and written authorization by the supplier.
faulty product must be kept by the customer as it was, to allow the supplier to do all necessary analysis and to try and establish the cause of failure. The supplier will repair or replace defective products upon receipt of return of products, freight prepaid.
The decrease of output lux of LED sources is an innate phenomenon of this product technology; therefore, it is not covered by this warranty. In case more than 30% failure of LED happens, the supplier assures repair or replacement of fitting when manufacturer responsibility has been verified and confirmed.
The warranty covers products for use up to 20,000 h max, in a period of 5 (five) years, which corresponds to a medium operating time of 11 hours per day. Electronic driver is covered when used at Ta 25 C up to 20,000 h, in a period of 5 (five) years, which corresponds to a medium operating time of 11 hours per day.

In case the product is showing production vices and/or defects, which are covered by this warranty, the supplier can proceed at its own unobjectionable discretion to repair and/or replace the product with an equal or equivalent one under a point of view of consumption or lighting performances, taking into consideration the ongoing technical progress elapsed in between with faulty product and within necessary intervention time.

Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover defects caused by unforeseen and unpredictable events such as accidents, vandalism, public disturbances, fires, extreme atmospheric phenomena, or any other event unrelated to production defects.
Defects caused by surge disturbances exceeding permissible limits regulated by current regulations on this subject are also excluded.
Defects caused by tampering or previous repairs without written authorization from the Supplier are not covered.
Costs related to repair (e.g., freight, labor, removal, assembly) of defective products remain the responsibility of the customer.
Products with original Supplier labels that have been altered, damaged, or removed by the Buyer or a third party are not covered.
Any collateral damages to equipment or objects resulting from product failure are not covered.
Improper or incorrect use or installation of the products voids warranty coverage.
Products whose failure has been caused by a product or component not supplied by the Supplier are not covered.
Procedure for Warranty Claims:

Customers must submit written notice to the Supplier, including invoice references (number, date), quantity of defective items, and installation location.
Warranty acceptance is contingent upon the submission of certification confirming the correct installation and commissioning of the electrical installation to which the product is connected.
Upon receipt of official return authorization from the Supplier, the customer may return defective goods for analysis. If the failure is covered by the warranty, the Supplier will proceed with repairing or replacing the product/s.

Additional Notes:

The Supplier reserves the right to modify the terms of this warranty document without prior notice.
